Shipping policy
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This confirmation serves as your invoice and includes your order number and full purchase details.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day. During peak periods, processing may take 2–5 business days prior to dispatch.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please use the tracking number provided to monitor your delivery.
Shipping is complimentary on all orders within South Africa.
Orders are shipped from Cape Town via our trusted courier partners and require a signature upon delivery.
Upon receipt, we kindly ask that you inspect your order promptly. Any shortages, defects, or concerns must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence, to orders.elodie@gmail.com.
If tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate with the courier.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, and factors outside of our control, including weather conditions and public holidays.
At this time, express shipping is not offered as a standard option. All orders are shipped using our standard delivery service to ensure consistency and reliability.
